- We currently deliver within Bulgaria.
- For locations outside our standard delivery area, please contact us for special arrangements.

- Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.
- To ensure freshness, we ship only on days when delivery is guaranteed.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for shipment.
3. Delivery Times
- Standard delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
- We recommend scheduling your order to coincide with the day you plan to enjoy your pastries.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

- All pastries are carefully packaged with insulated materials and, when necessary, cold packs to maintain freshness.
- We cannot guarantee freshness for orders shipped internationally or over long periods; local delivery is strongly recommended.
